General Terms
1. Definitions:
- "Service" or "Job" refers to a Bounty
- "App", "The App", refers to the application Bounty as a whole
- "Job Poster" refers to users who create and post jobs
- "Job Claimer" refers to users who accept and perform jobs
- "Platform" refers to both the mobile application and website
2. User Eligibility:
- Users must be 18 years or older
- Valid government-issued ID required for verification
- Must maintain valid payment method on file
- Must agree to background check if required by local regulations
3. Account Security:
- Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- Immediate notification required for unauthorized access
- Multiple accounts are prohibited
- Account sharing is strictly forbidden
Payment Terms
1. Pricing and Platform Fees:
- To ensure fair compensation and platform sustainability, Job Posters maintain the autonomy to set bounty amounts within our established platform guidelines, which are designed to protect both parties while maintaining market competitiveness.
- Upon successful completion of each job, the platform will automatically deduct a 15% service fee from the Job Claimer's earned bounty, which contributes to maintaining and improving our service quality, insurance coverage, and user protection measures.
- Job Posters are subject to a minimal 1% processing fee, which is only charged upon successful job completion and confirmation, ensuring that our platform can continue to provide reliable, secure, and efficient services while maintaining our robust infrastructure.
- The processing fees collected from both parties are essential for maintaining our comprehensive service infrastructure, including but not limited to server maintenance, security protocols, customer support operations, and continuous platform improvements.
- In alignment with Swiss labor regulations, all bounty amounts must meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements specific to each canton if appicable or conventional wages for comporable services. This ensures fair compensation for all services rendered through our platform.
- To maintain reasonable transaction limits and ensure proper oversight, we have established a maximum bounty amount of CHF 5,000 per individual job posting.
2. Minimum Wage Compliance:
- Our platform maintains strict adherence to Swiss labor laws by ensuring that all jobs posted and completed through our service meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements specific to each canton in Switzerland.
- Our sophisticated system employs an advanced algorithm that automatically calculates the minimum acceptable bounty for each job based on multiple factors, including the estimated duration of the task, current canton-specific minimum wage regulations, and prevailing market conditions in the specific region.
- As part of our commitment to fair labor practices, any job posting that fails to meet the minimum wage requirements for its respective canton will not receive approval for publication on our platform, and the Job Poster will be prompted to adjust the bounty accordingly.
- To maintain consistent compliance with wage regulations, our platform conducts regular systematic audits of all job postings and completed transactions, ensuring continuous adherence to current minimum wage standards across all Swiss cantons.
- The platform maintains the right to automatically adjust bounty amounts or suggest modifications to ensure all jobs meet minimum wage requirements, particularly in cases where job duration exceeds initial estimates or when canton-specific regulations undergo updates.
3. Payment Processing:
- All payments processed through secure payment gateway
- Job Posters must have valid payment method on file
- Funds held in escrow until job completion
- Payment release within 24 hours of job completion
- Currency conversions based on current exchange rates
Cancellation Policy
1. For Job Posters:
More than 20 minutes before job start time:
- Full refund of bounty amount
- No penalties applied
- Cancellation will not affect account standing
20 minutes before job start time:
- 50% of bounty amount charged
- Remaining 50% refunded
- Cancellation recorded for monitoring
- Processing fee non-refundable
Less than 20 minutes before or after start time:
- Full bounty amount charged
- No refund issued
- Incident recorded on account history
- May affect future posting privileges
2. For Job Claimers:
More than 20 minutes before job start time:
- No financial penalty
- Cancellation recorded
- Three free cancellations per month allowed
Less than 20 minutes before job start time:
- Rating decreased by 0.5 points
- Recorded as late cancellation
- Affects job claiming priority
Repeated Cancellations:
- Three late cancellations: 7-day suspension
- Five late cancellations: 30-day suspension
- Six or more: Account review and possible termination
Refund Policy
1. Automatic Refunds:
- Processed for eligible cancellations
- 3-5 business days processing time
- Original payment method credited
- Platform fees non-refundable if confirmed and within 30 minute window, otherwise fully refunded.
2. Manual Refunds:
- Required for disputed transactions
- Supporting documentation required
- Processing time up to 14 business days
- Subject to review and approval
3. Refund Restrictions:
- No refunds for completed jobs
- Partial refunds based on cancellation policy
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension
Dispute Resolution
1. Filing a Dispute:
- 24-hour window from job completion

- Nature of dispute
- Supporting evidence
- Desired resolution
- Both parties notified automatically
2. Resolution Process:
- Initial review within 48-72 hours
- Evidence collection period: 48 hours
- Resolution time: 5-14 business days
- Mediation available if needed
- Platform decision final and binding
3. Appeal Process:
- 48-hour appeal window
- New evidence and details required
- Secondary review by team
- Final decision within 7 business days
Rating System
1. Job Completion Rating:
- 1-5 star rating system
- Both parties rate after completion
- Ratings impact future opportunities
- Hidden until both parties submit
2. Rating Factors:
- Timeliness
- Communication
- Task completion quality
- Professionalism
- Platform rule compliance
3. Rating Protection:
- Dispute period before ratings finalize
- Ability to contest unfair ratings
- Regular rating system audits
- Removal of fraudulent ratings
Platform Rules and Code of Conduct
1. General Conduct:
- Professional communication required
- No harassment or discrimination
- No fraudulent activity
- No misrepresentation of services
2. Job Posting Guidelines:
- Clear job descriptions required
- Accurate location information
- Reasonable time estimates
- Legal activities only
3. Safety Guidelines:
- Meeting in public places recommended
- Emergency contact feature available
- Right to refuse unsafe work
Photo and Video Policies
1. Job Documentation:
Every piece of media captured through our platform is automatically enhanced with precise timestamp information and secure geolocation data, providing an immutable record of when and where the documentation was created.
All documentation uploaded to our platform is immediately encrypted using industry-leading security protocols and stored in secure, redundant storage systems that comply with Swiss data protection regulations.
2. Content Guidelines:
Users must ensure that all submitted media content maintains professional standards and refrains from including any inappropriate, offensive, or potentially harmful material that could violate our community guidelines or Swiss regulations.
To protect individual privacy and comply with data protection laws, all submitted media must be carefully reviewed to ensure no personal identification information is visible, including but not limited to identification documents, private addresses, or personal contact information.
In accordance with privacy laws and ethical guidelines, any media content that includes third-party individuals must be accompanied by proper documented consent, or alternatively, such individuals must be completely obscured from the submitted media.
Users must respect intellectual property rights by ensuring that all submitted media is original content and does not incorporate any copyrighted materials, trademarks, or protected intellectual property without proper authorization.
To maintain the integrity of our platform's documentation system, users are strictly prohibited from submitting altered, edited, or manipulated media content, as all documentation must accurately represent the actual conditions and progress of the job.
3. Usage Rights:
By using our platform, users grant us a limited license to utilize job-related media content for essential platform operations, including quality control processes, dispute resolution procedures, service improvements, and with explicit user consent, marketing purposes that highlight the platform's capabilities and success stories.
While users maintain their fundamental rights to content they create, they acknowledge that the platform requires certain usage rights to effectively operate our services and protect all parties involved in transactions.
To maintain system efficiency and protect user privacy, all media content is automatically deleted from our servers after a 90-day retention period, unless specifically required for ongoing dispute resolution or legal compliance purposes.
Information regarding bounties placed will be deleted autoamtically if unclaimed at the start time of the placed bounty. Completed bounties' information and details will be deleted after 90 days
4. Privacy Protections:
We implement comprehensive security measures including end-to-end encryption, secure storage protocols, and strict access controls to protect all media content uploaded to our platform.
Access to submitted media content is strictly controlled and limited to essential personnel involved in job verification, dispute resolution, or platform maintenance, with all access attempts logged and monitored for security purposes.
